and no.... theres more to a place than just their dumplings.. so its not that easy you could get sick of a place...

I went to their highest level this time...

The Mother used to say the first level is for commoners... at a very cheap price... otherwise refered as commoner's sanctuary... second level's catered towards the middle class.... probably segregating for the sake of drawing invisible lines in this wretched society. and then theres this legendary highest level... thats where someone will actually pour tea for you.

Sure enough... the difference in service is startling.

And so the escapade began with some pastry, this is filled with just tofu and crab roe.

simply amazing

And here goes the usual... but this time round...Crab Roe's the main highlight.

The color of it simply catches your attention like bees to a pot of honey

And so its enlightening to know that establishments do segregate not for the sake of social class segregating... but you actually get what you pay.

while commoners feel satisfied with pure pork dumplings at the ground level... the middle class enjoys their 蟹粉小龙。。。 which basically meant crab intestines... which still taste good on good months... to the very top。。。 蟹肉/蟹黄 小龙 at 鼎兴楼

suddenly all these craziness brings a whole new meaning to the character
